Xiao Chaogui was an important leader during the Taiping Rebellion against the Qing government 1850-1864. The Taiping Rebellion or Rebellion of Great Peace was a large-scale Revolt against the authority and forces of the Qing Government in China He was a brother-in-law to Hong Xiuquan and was able to serve as a mouth piece for Jesus Christ during many 'heavenly visitations' Jesus paid to the Taiping.
