Vitsi (Greek: Βίτσι) is a municipality in the Kastoria Prefecture, Greece. Greek (el ελληνική γλώσσα or simply el ελληνικά — "Hellenic" is an Indo-European language, spoken today by 15-22 million people mainly Kastoria Prefecture (Νομός Καστοριάς is one of the fifty-one prefectures ( nomoi, singular: nomos) of Greece. It includes the villages of Fotini (Φωτινή), Metamorfosi (Μεταμόρφωση), Tichio (Τοιχιό), Vissinia (Βυσσινιά), Oxia (Οξυά), Polikerasos (Πολυκέρασος), Perikopi (Περικοπή) and Pimeniko (Ποιμενικό). The villages of Perikopi and Pimeniko no longer have permanent residents The seat of the municipality is in Tichio.
