The Kushan Empire (c 1st &ndash 3rd centuries) was a Bactrian state that at its cultural zenith Circa 105 &ndash 250 He was the son of Kanishka III and through him the Grandson of Vasudeva I . Kanishka III was a Kushan emperor 255 - 275 ADHe was the son of Vasudeva I and the father of Vasudeva II. Vasudeva I ( Kushan: ΒΑΖΟΔΗΟ "Bazodeo" Chinese: 波調 "Bodiao" was a Kushan /Bactrian emperor last of the "Great He is reported to have had a son named Vasudeva III .
