Two United States Navy ships have been named Alliance.
- The USS Alliance (1778), was a sailing frigate of the Continental Navy, and notable for firing the last shots of the Revolutionary War. 1779 The new frigate's first assignment was to carry Lafayette back to France to petition the French Court for increased support in the American struggle for independence
