Tsugumi Ohba (大場 つぐみ Ōba Tsugumi) is a fictional writer credited with writing the manga Death Note. ˈmɑŋgə is the Japanese word for Comics (sometimes called komikku コミック and print Cartoons In their modern form manga date from shortly is a Manga series created by writer Tsugumi Ohba and illustrator Takeshi Obata. The person's real identity (and gender) is a closely guarded secret. Some fans believe that Tsugumi Ohba is just a pen-name for Hiroshi Gamou.
