Trollheim's Grott are a black metal band from Finland. Black metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal. It often employs fast tempos shrieked vocals highly distorted guitars played with Tremolo picking, Finland, officially the Republic of Finland ( is a Nordic country situated in the Fennoscandian region of northern Europe. The band was formed in Kuopio, Finland, in 1997 by Troll N. Together with his brother Spellgoth they formed the concept of the Troll Syndicate, which are the main subjects of their lyrics, which often concern trolls wiping out or controlling humanity. A troll is a fearsome member of a race of creatures from Norse mythology. Their first album was mainly symphonic black metal, although in their latest album they added industrial elements. Industrial music is a loose term for a number of different styles of Experimental music, especially but not necessarily Electronic music.
