Tracy Scoggins (b. The youngest child of two attorneys, Scoggins was a prodigious athlete during her high school years, excelling in numerous sports including gymnastics and diving. She graduated from Dickinson High School at the age of sixteen and enrolled in Southwest Texas State University, where she studied physical education.
