Anthony Allan (Tony) Staley, AO (born 15 May 1939) is an Australian politician, member of parliament and businessman. Staley the member for Chisholm from 1970 to 1980 and was Minister for the Capital Territory from Fenruary 1976 to December 1977 in the Fraser Government and then Minister for Post and Telecommunications until his retirement from Parliament. The Division of Chisholm is an Australian Electoral Division in Victoria. The Australian Minister for Home Affairs has been the Hon Bob Debus MP since 3 December 2007. The Second Fraser Ministry was the fifty-second Australian Commonwealth ministry, and ran from 22 December 1975 to 20 December 1977 The Minister for Broadband Communications and the Digital Economy is currently Senator the Hon Stephen Conroy. He later served as Federal President of the Liberal Party of Australia. The Liberal Party of Australia is an Australian political party.
