A Taste receptor is a type of receptor which facilitates the sensation of taste. In Biochemistry, a receptor is a Protein molecule embedded in either the Plasma membrane or Cytoplasm of a cell to which a mobile signaling Taste (or more formally gustation) is a form of direct Chemoreception and is one of the traditional five Senses
