Stewie is one year old and has a sophisticated attitude. He reached his first birthday in the season 1 episode Chitty Chitty Death Bang, and has remained the same age ever since. "Chitty Chitty Death Bang" is the third episode from season one of the FOX Animated series Family Guy. Strangely, he talks to Brian about events that happened 3 years ago. His nature and mannerisms are juxtaposed with typical childish interests and actions. While highly literate and able to cite pop culture references that date much further back than his age would let on, he is also entranced by Raffi and the Teletubbies. As the series has progressed, he has become less of a mad scientist, and more of a normal person wishing to fit into society, doing normal things like eating pie and trying to join James Woods High's in-crowd. He has also developed an intelligent sense of humor. He has shown an interest to help his family and friends, such as when he forged a fake ID card for Peter to masquerade as James Woods and ruin his reputation, since the actor stole his identity. Identity theft is a term used to refer to Fraud that involves stealing money or getting other benefits by pretending to be someone else Eventually, as suggested by Brian, he'll probably just forget about his plans to kill Lois and take over the world altogether and live life as a normal baby.
Some elements of Stewie's personality come from English actor Sir Rex Harrison. England is a Country which is part of the United Kingdom. MacFarlane has also on more than one occasion linked Stewie with the actor David Hyde Pierce. David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American Actor, best known for his role as Psychiatrist Dr A running joke is that people seem to believe Pierce does the voice of Stewie (he doesn't), and MacFarlane himself jokingly made that claim in the 100th episode celebration special. The following is an episode list for the FOX animated series Family Guy. MacFarlane has also suggested that Pierce would play Stewie in a live-action film adaptation of the show, though this seemed to be a joke as well.
Seth MacFarlane has established a few general rules as to how Stewie communicates with others.
In two episodes, another baby by the name of Olivia communicates similarly to Stewie, with the exception that she is taken seriously by adults. Also, Jillian (Brian's girlfriend of several episodes) appears to understand Stewie just as well.

Ah, I sometimes wonder if all women are this difficult, and then I think to myself: My God, wouldn't it be marvelous if I turned out to be a homosexual? | ” |
When the writers began to flesh out Stewie beyond being a generic evil genius in season two, MacFarlane and the writers began to explore the infant's sexuality with a series of one-off gags, which hinted that Stewie could be gay. On the commentary of Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, the writers describe how they were going to make Stewie discover he was gay, but decided to scrap this idea in order to retain Stewie's sexual ambiguity for writing purposes. Stewie is shown reacting with spontaneous enthusiasm to brief homosexual encounters in several episodes, and in "Chick Cancer" he wishes men could "get together with their buddies, and just have it be the same thing as being with a woman". "Chick Cancer" is the seventh episode of season five of Family Guy. A few episodes depict Stewie imagining homoerotic adventures with his teddy bear, Rupert. [16] In several situations Stewie is implied to have an attraction for Brian,[17] and in one episode tries to trick Brian into having sex with him. [18] Stewie has also cross-dressed in several episodes. Cross-dressing is the act of wearing clothing commonly associated with another gender within a particular Society. [19][20]
Stewie has also had liaisons and attractions to girls, notably in "Dammit Janet!", where Stewie falls in love with a girl named Janet, and "8 Simple Rules for Buying My Teenage Daughter", where Stewie falls for his babysitter. "Dammit Janet!" is an episode from the second season of the FOX Animated television series Family Guy. Several episodes depicting Stewie's possible adult self portray him in a heterosexual relationship, or pursuing one. Heterosexuality refers to sexual behavior with or attraction to people of the opposite sex or to a heterosexual orientation [21] Stewie occasionally states it is time for a sexy party in which scantily clad women run around the room and Stewie chases them in a manner similar to Benny Hill. MacFarlane planned for the series' third season to end with Stewie coming out of the closet after a near-death experience. Closeted Coming out (that is " coming out of the closet " describes the voluntary public announcement of one's Sexual orientation and/or Gender identity However, the show's abrupt cancellation caused MacFarlane to abort these plans, and the episode "Queer is Stewie?" was never produced. "Queer Is Stewie?" is a cancelled episode of Family Guy, originally to air as the Season 3 finale Since that point, MacFarlane has opted to have Stewie portrayed as sexually ambiguous, as, in his eyes, the flexibility of Stewie's sexuality allows for much more freedom in terms of writing for the character. Human male sexuality encompasses a broad range of issues behavior and processes including male Sexual identity and Sexual behavior, the physiological
In "Peter's Two Dads", Stewie discovers that he "gets a jolly out of being hit" after Lois spanks him as a form of punishment. "Peter's Two Dads" is the tenth episode of season five of Family Guy. In the sixth season episode The Former Life of Brian, Stewie openly states that he finds Brian's son Dylan attractive. "The Former Life of Brian" is the eleventh episode of the sixth season of Family Guy. Stewie also gets sexually aroused when Lois suggests Dylan sleep in Stewie's room, and is heard through a baby monitor as being naked in front of Dylan and telling him to take his pants off.
MacFarlane later elaborated:
We all feel that Stewie is almost certainly gay, and he’s in the process of figuring it out for himself. We haven’t ever really looked into it because we get a lot of good jokes from both sides, but we treat him oftentimes as if we were writing a gay character.

Peter Griffin is a Fictional character and the Protagonist of the animated television series [24] Curiously, Bertram was never audibly named in his first appearance, and though Stewie refers to him as "Bertram" in all subsequent appearances, he did not do so when they first parted ways.
Bertram appears to rival Stewie in virtually every way, including his skill with firearms and hand-to-hand combat. He is very similar to Stewie in appearance as well, the only difference being he has a more pudgy face, freckles, and a tress of red hair on top of his head; every other physical aspect is identical between the two. When not battling each other, they seem to get along quite well, considering they have so much in common, especially their hatred for Lois among other things.
While technically a half-brother to Chris and Meg, Bertram appears only to Stewie in these episodes; it is not made clear whether Bertram occupies the same reality as the rest of Griffin family in the logic of the show. Brian seems to have some knowledge of his existence, but it is uncertain if he is aware of his relation to Stewie.
In the video game, Stewie discovers Bertram attempting to outdo him in taking over the world.
