Table Spoon of Steel Cut Oats

Steel-cut oats are whole grain groats (the inner portion of the oat kernel) which have been cut into only two or three pieces. Oats redirects here It may mean either the common cereal oat discussed here or any cultivated or wild species of the Genus Avena. They are golden in colour and resemble small rice pieces. Rice is a Cereal foodstuff which forms an important part of the diet of many people worldwide and as such it is a staple food for many ^[1]

Steel-cut oats are also known as coarse-cut oats, pinhead oats, Scotch oats, or Irish oats.
