Stackwaddy were a British Rhythm and blues band who were active in the 1960s and 1970s. John Robert Parker Ravenscroft, OBE (30 August 1939 – 25 October 2004 known professionally as John Peel, was an English Disc jockey, radio Dandelion Records was a British Record label started in 1969 by the British DJ John Peel as a way to get the music he liked onto record Banham then re-formed the band with three new members and continued with little success before the band finally folded in 1976.
