Skibhusvej is the main road from downtown Odense to Skibhusene. The city of Odense (Danish ˈoð̞ˀn̩sə) is the fourth largest city in Denmark. Skibhusene is a small Village in Odense, Denmark. The village is located at the end of Skibhusvej Surrounding the road is the Skibhuskvarter which in free translation means "The shiphouse district". Skibuskvarteret is a distinctive part of Odense with its ties to the old harbour and historically it has been a working class district with strong support for the social democratic and socialist movements of the twentieth century.
