Simon Digby, 4th Baron Digby (18 July 1657 – 19 January 1686), was an English peer and Member of Parliament. Digby was a younger son of Kildare Digby, 2nd Baron Digby, and Mary Gardiner. In 1677 he succeeded his elder brother as fourth Baron Digby. This was a title in the Peerage of Ireland and did not entitle him to a seat in the English House of Lords. The Peerage of Ireland is the term used for those peers created by British monarchs in their capacity as Lord or King of Ireland. The House of Lords is the second house of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and is also commonly referred to as "the Lords" In 1686 he was elected to the House of Commons for Warwick, a seat he held until his death the following year. The House of Commons' is the Lower house of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, which also comprises the Sovereign and the House of Lords Warwick was a parliamentary constituency centred on the town of Warwick within the larger Warwickshire constituency of England.
Lord Digby married Frances Noel, daughter of Edward Noel, 1st Earl of Gainsborough. They had one daughter but no sons. Lady Digby died in 1684. Lord Digby survived her by just over a year and died in January 1686, aged only 28. He was succeeded in the barony by his younger brother William.
