Early life
Evans was only daughter to Andrew Powell and Brenda Evans. She was born in Caerphilly, South Wales.
Career
Sian was invited to sing on songs written by Markee Substance and Darren Decoder in 1998[1] and Kosheen was formed. Decoder is the Stage name of Drum and bass and jungle producer Darren Beale.
