Semaeostomeae (literally "flag mouth") is an order of large jellyfish characterized by four long, frilly oral arms flanking its quadrate "mouth". Jellyfish are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria. They have several different basic morphologies that represent several different cnidarian classes including the Its gastrovascular system consists of unbranched pouches and it has no ring canal.
