Supervisor Elsbernd represents District 7 on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, which encompasses single-family neighborhoods west of Twin Peaks as well as the largest rental housing neighborhood west of the Mississippi – the Villas at Parkmerced. He is married to Jennifer Johnston Nov. 11, 2005. She works for the San Francisco Department of Human Resources and is on that department's executive team.
