San Isidro is a 5th class municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. A municipality ( bayan, sometimes munisipyo in Cebuano or used infrequently in Tagalog) is a local government unit in the Philippines The provinces of the Philippines are the primary administrative divisions of the Philippines. Isabela is the second largest province of the Philippines next to Palawan. The Philippines ( Filipino: Pilipinas, officially known as the Republic of the Philippines (fil ''Republika ng Pilipinas'' RP According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 18,603 people in 3,910 households. 2000 ( MM) was a Leap year that started on Saturday of the Common Era, in accordance with the Gregorian calendar.
