İsmail Safa Giray (born 1931 in İzmir, Turkey) is a Turkish politician of the Motherland Party (Turkish: Anavatan Partisi), member of parliament and a former Minister of Foreign Affairs. Biography

Safa Giray was born in İzmir in 1931. He graduated from the faculty of civil engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built Istanbul Technical University ( ITU, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi commonly referred to as İTÜ or Teknik Üniversite is an international Technical university
