Rotten Ralph is a children's book about a mischievous red cat who enjoys playing practical jokes on his family. It was written by Jack Gantos and published in 1976. Jack Gantos (born July 2 1951) (real name John Bryan Gantos Jr [1] It was developed into a short-lived children's television series by Tooncan Productions in 1999.
