The River Towy (Welsh: Afon Tywi) is the longest river which entirely runs through Wales. The total length of the River Tywi is 108 km (68 miles). A canal narrowboat the "Towy" was named after this river, it was used by Thomas Clayton from when it was buit in 1938 and is now cared for by a preservation group.
