Rick also raced several years in the Busch Series driving for the Abingdon based Food Country #75 Oldsmobile operated by Henderson Motorsports. He won 2 races, Bristol, and Dover, both in 1989. The Bristol race he won was phenomenal to say the least. The race was postponed due to snow, and ran on Monday. It was severely cold the day of the event, and Wilson led an amazing 161 of the 200 laps ran on his way to the amazing victory. Rick Wilson did so much in the #75 car, a car which was known for engine problems, and the crew were inexperienced businessmen that did it for fun. If he would have had a good team and car, who knows how many victories he would have had. Wilson started 2nd in 1989 at Martinsville, leading a whopping 160 of the 200 laps before blowing a motor and finishing 21st. Wilson has not raced in NASCAR since 1998. 1998 in NASCAR can refer to any of the following NASCAR national series 1998 NASCAR Winston Cup Series - The top racing series in NASCAR
