William F. "Rick" Cronk (born October 4, 1942) is an American businessman who was co-owner and president of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. The World Scout Foundation provides financial support for the growth and development of Scouting worldwide under the aegis of the World Organization of the Scout Movement He received the Silver Buffalo Award in 2001. The Silver Buffalo Award is the national-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America.

Cronk was the national commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America from 1999 to 2004. Commissioner Service is the group within the Boy Scouts of America that provides direct service to each Scouting unit ( pack, troop, team, He then became an executive vice president in 2006 before becoming the president in 2006.
