University of Richmond Stadium has served as the home of Spider football since 1929, located a few miles from campus. The University of Richmond Stadium is used by the Richmond Kickers for Soccer and the University of Richmond for American football. The university is currently in the planning process for expanding the on-campus First Market Stadium (currently home to the soccer, lacrosse, and track and field programs) to accommodate football as well. First Market Stadium is a 3000+-seat multi-purpose Stadium at the University of Richmond.
The Robins Center arena serves as home to the men's and women's basketball programs. The Robins Center is a 9071-seat multi-purpose Arena in Richmond Virginia. The Spiders Men's Cross Country and Track and Field teams are coached by Steve Taylor, who has been the coach since 2001. The Richmond Spiders Women's Cross Country and Track and Field teams are coached by Lori Taylor.
