Biography

Roxburgh was born in Albury. Albury is a city in New South Wales, Australia, located on the Hume Highway on the northern side of the Murray River. He appeared in a large number of Australian film and stage productions through the 1990s, including a critically acclaimed turn as Hamlet in the 1994 Company B production at the Belvoir St Theatre. Company B is an Australian theatre company based at the Belvoir St Theatre in Sydney, Australia. Belvoir St Theatre was founded in 1984 by Sue Hill and Chris Westwood at Belvoir St Surry Hills, and is the home of Company B. His first supporting role in an international blockbuster was in Mission Impossible II in 2000, but it was perhaps his eyecatching role as a villain in Moulin Rouge! in 2001, that attracted attention. Mission Impossible II, or MI-2 as it is also known is a 2000 film directed by John Woo and starring Tom Cruise, This article is about the 2001 Motion picture.
