Richard Mylan (born in Swansea) in 1973 is a Welsh actor. Swansea ( Abertawe "mouth of the Tawe " is a city and county in Wales. He is best known as Oliver in the sitcom Coupling (2004) and Joe Andrews in BBC Wales drama Belonging.
