He landed an agent after he was spotted in a National Youth Theatre production of Nicholas Nickleby and has since appeared on TV and the stage, and in films such as The Calcium Kid (2004) and Hot Fuzz (2007), as well as appearing in the Grindhouse (film) (2007) segment Don't.
