Queensborough Bridge is a highway bridge in New Westminster, British Columbia. British Columbia (ˌbrɪtɨʃ kəˈlʌmbiə ( BC) ( (la Colombie-Britannique C It was built in 1960 by the City of New Westminster, costing $4 million. The bridge spans over the north arm of the Fraser River for road access to the suburb of Queensborough at the east end of Lulu Island. For other uses of this name see Fraser River (disambiguation. Queensborough is a neighbourhood in the city of New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. Lulu Island is the geographic name of the island making up most of the City of Richmond, a major suburb of Vancouver British Columbia.

It has since become a part of Highway 91A feeder to Highway 91 to the south. Highway 91A, or the Annacis Highway, is a 3 km (6 mi long spur off of Highway 91 into New Westminster. Highway 91 is an alternative freeway route to Highway 99 through Delta, New Westminster and Richmond. Queensborough was a toll bridge until bought by the provincial government in November 1966. A toll bridge is a Bridge over which Traffic may pass upon payment of a fee or toll.
