Psychometry (Greek: ψυχή, psukhē, "spirit, soul"; + μέτρον, metron, "measure") is a form of extra-sensory perception in which a psychic is said to be able to obtain information about an individual through paranormal means by making physical contact with an object that belongs to them. Greek (el ελληνική γλώσσα or simply el ελληνικά — "Hellenic" is an Indo-European language, spoken today by 15-22 million people mainly Extrasensory perception (ESP is the apparent ability to acquire information by Paranormal means independent of any known physical Senses or deduction from previous The word psychic (ˈsaɪkɨk from the Greek psychikos—"of the soul mental" refers to the claimed ability to perceive things hidden from the normal senses In recent years, the term has been superseded in favor of "token-object reading" so as to avoid potential confusion with the psychological term, "psychometry".

The term psychometry was coined by Joseph Rodes Buchanan in 1842. [2]Buchanan developed the theory that all things give off an emanation. [3]

"The past is entombed in the present, the world is its own enduring monument; and that which is true of its physical is likewise true of its mental career. The discoveries of Psychometry will enable us to explore the history of man, as those of geology enable us to explore the history of the earth. There are mental fossils for psychologists as well as mineral fossils for the geologists; and I believe that hereafter the psychologist and the geologist will go hand in hand, the one portraying the earth, its animals and its vegetation, while the other portrays the human beings who have roamed over its surface in the shadows, and the darkness of primeval barbarism. Aye, the mental telescope is now discovered which may pierce the depths of the past and bring us in full view of the grand and tragic passages of ancient history. "[2]"

The concept of psychometry is a popular theme for stage act and Séance; with participants being asked to provide a personal object to be "read" by a medium or psychic. It was used as the basis for Johnny Smith's visions in Stephen King's 1979 novel The Dead Zone and its subsequent 2002 television adaption. Thomas Bearden to concept of Tesla (longitudinal) waves, discovered by Nikola Tesla, as opposed to normal electromagnetic waves (Hertz waves, transverse waves). Thomas E Bearden is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Army who is in his own judgement "active in the study of scalar Electromagnetics There have already been discussions about Tesla's ethnicity on the talk page Electromagnetic radiation takes the form of self-propagating Waves in a Vacuum or in Matter. The hertz (symbol Hz) is a measure of Frequency, informally defined as the number of events occurring per Second. A transverse wave is a moving Wave that consists of oscillations occurring perpendicular to the direction of energy transfer Scalar waves are longitudinal gravity waves, a neutral form of energy in which electricity, magnetism, and gravity come together in four-dimensional space (the time domain). In Physics, magnetism is one of the Phenomena by which Materials exert attractive or repulsive Forces on other Materials. Gravitation is a natural Phenomenon by which objects with Mass attract one another In Physics and Mathematics, a sequence of n numbers can be understood as a location in an n -dimensional space

If we assume that the human brain is endowed with the functions scalar wave transmitter, human emotional energy is constantly being imprinted on surrounding objects (and places) as scalar waves, and the information is stored as a four-dimensional gravity potential. In Mathematics and Physics, a scalar field associates a scalar value which can be either mathematical in definition or physical, to every point For biologic transmitters see Transmitter substance. A transmitter is an electronic device which usually with the aid of an antenna The psychometrist's brain is especially effective as a scalar wave receiver, and can detect waves of various frequencies.

If [this hypothesis is] proven correct, anyone has the potential for psychometric powers if the conditions are met. Furthermore, most supernatural phenomena — premonitions, telepathy, clairvoyance, ghosts — can be handily explained by the "brain = scalar wave transmitter = psychometry" hypothesis. Premonition refers to a situation when future events are foreknown or forecast or foretelling Telepathy ( Greek τηλε tele meaning "distant" and πάθεια patheia meaning "to be affected by" describes the purported transfer Clairvoyance (from 17th century French with clair meaning "clear" and voyance meaning "visibility" is the apparent ability to gain A ghost is said to be the apparition of a Deceased person frequently similar in appearance to that person and usually encountered in places she or he frequented
