Paul King is a writer and director. He works in both TV and theatre and specialises in comedy.

Paul King directed "Garth Marenghi's FrightKnight" and "Netherhead" for the Edinburgh Festival 2000 and 2001. Garth Marenghi is a fictional horror Author created by English comedians Matthew Holness and Richard Ayoade, and played by Holness Edinburgh Festival is a collective term for several simultaneous arts and cultural Festivals which take place during August each year in Edinburgh, "Netherhead" won the Perrier Award and then transferred into a TV series. Perrier Award may refer to Perrier Comedy Award Perrier Young Jazz Awards He also directed Noel Fielding's Perrier nominated show "Voodoo Hedgehog". Paul King is also the director for "The Mighty Boosh"[1]. The Mighty Boosh, colloquially referred to as The Boosh, is the collective name for the creators of the British television situation comedy written by and starring He has directed all three series as well as their live tour show in 2006.

Paul King was brought in when the first series was about to start filming because another director, one of Kings favourites was unavailable
