Olga Sinclair (born 1957 in Panama City) is an artist and figurative painter. Panama City (Ciudad de Panamá is the Capital and largest city of the Republic of Panama. The definition of an artist is wide-ranging and covers a broad spectrum of Activities to do with creating Art, practicing the Arts and/or demonstrating Figure painting is a form of the Visual arts in which the artist uses a live model as the subject matter of a two-dimensional piece of artwork using paint as the medium

She participated for the first time in a collective exhibition amongst professional painters at the age of just 14.

She started painting studies with her father, the painter Alfredo Sinclair and went in 1976 to the Academy of Applied Arts in Madrid, Spain. Alfredo Sinclair (born 8 December 1915 in Panama City) is a Panamanian Artist. The University of Applied Arts Vienna (Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien or informally just Die Angewandte) is an institution of higher education in Vienna Madrid (pronounced in English in Spanish and colloquially in Spain) is the Capital and largest city of Spain. There she also did three years classic art drawing lessons at the Arjona Studio.

Back in Panama she obtained her BA-degree in Interior Design in 1984. In 1987 she married Hans Risseeuw and they moved to Bolivia where Olga was Cultural Attaché to the Panamanian Embassy. The Republic of Bolivia (República de Bolivia) named after Simón Bolívar, is a Landlocked country in central South America. A cultural attaché is a diplomat with special responsibility for promoting the culture of his or her homeland After that they went to Jakarta, Indonesia where their two daughters Natasha and Suzanna were born. Jakarta (also DKI Jakarta) is the Capital and largest city of Indonesia. The Republic of Indonesia ( (Republik Indonesia is a Country in Southeast Asia. Since 1994 Olga and her family reside again in Panama.
