Odakyū 3100 series NSE

The 3100 series NSE (New Super Express) EMU was used on the Odakyu Electric Railway, in the Tokyo area of Japan. The, or OER, is a major private Railway company in Tokyo, Japan, best known for its Romance car series of limited express trains from Tokyo officially, is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan and located on the eastern side of the main island Honshū.
