The North Texas Baptist Association (NTBA) is an association of conservative Southern Baptist churches in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. Baptist is a term describing individuals belonging to a Baptist church or a Baptist denomination. NTBA was formed in March, 2000 by seven local churches that were aligned with the conservative Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC), and who wanted to form a local association that was aligned with SBTC (and, conversely, not affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas). The Baptist General Convention of Texas is the oldest surviving Baptist convention in the state of Texas.

NTBA is currently headquartered in Lewisville, Texas on the campus of Lakeland Baptist Church, and is formally aligned with SBC and SBTC. Lewisville is a city in Denton County Texas in the US state of Texas. Lakeland Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist congregation located in Lewisville Texas. As of March 2006 NBTA has 77 affiliated churches.

NTBA currently supports seven mission churches in the DFW area and one in Wisconsin, ongoing mission projects in Mexico and Germany, a pastoral scholarship fund at Criswell College, and a local crisis pregnancy center in Lewisville. Criswell College is a Christian college and divinity school in Dallas, Texas. NTBA is focused on missions activity; its "president", Ed Etheridge, holds the title of "Director of Missions".
