This is a humorous Norfolk phrase, which when spoken aloud takes on a whole new meaning - namely 'no f**king good'. Norfolk (ˈnɔrfək is a low-lying county in East Anglia, England, United Kingdom. The term has become synonymous with Sid Kipper and The Kipper Family who wrote a song entitled: 'Norfolk and Good'. Chris Sugden is a Norfolk humorist best known for his portrayal of fictional folk singer Sid Kipper, the younger half of The Kipper Family.

Here is an example of one of the verses:
