Noel Starblanket (born 1946) is a First Nations leader in Canada. First Nations is a term of Ethnicity that refers to the Aboriginal peoples in Canada who are neither Inuit nor Métis people Country to "Dominion of Canada" or "Canadian Federation" or anything else please read the Talk Page For two terms from 1976 to 1980 he was Chief of the National Indian Brotherhood (today known as the Assembly of First Nations). The Assembly of First Nations (AFN is a body of First Nations leaders in Canada.

He is a Cree from the Starblanket Indian Reserve near Balcarres, Saskatchewan. Not to be confused with the Creek. Cree is an Exonym applied to various people indigenous to North America namely the Nehiyaw Nehithaw Nehilaw Balcarres (bælˈkɛrəs 2006 population 598 is a Town At 24, he became one of the youngest reserve Chiefs in Canada.
