In 1948 NBC launched a 10 minute television programme called Camel Newsreel Theatre that featured newsreels. The National Broadcasting Company ( NBC) is an American Television network headquartered in the GE Building in New York City's The Camel News Caravan was a 15 minute prime time American television news program aired by NBC from 1949 to 1956 Later the show produced their own news film.
