NetStumbler's author, Marius Milner, maintains the occasionally-updated stumbler.net website where you can download the software. Wardriving is the act of searching for Wi-Fi Wireless networks by a person in a moving vehicle using a portable computer or PDA. Another website, netstumbler.com, has more frequently updated information and wireless news. There is also a very active Wi-Fi Forum focused on NetStumbler and wardriving.
Apparently, the project has been inactive for a while now, so it is unlikely that there will be a new version compatible with Vista.
