Greenock ( Gaelic Grianaig g̊ɾʲiənɛg̊ʲ is a large town and former Burgh of barony in the Inverclyde Council area of western Glasgow (ˈglæzgoʊ is the largest city in Scotland and third most populous in the United Kingdom Scotland ( Gaelic: Alba) is a Country in northwest Europethat occupies the northern third of the island of Great Britain. They augment the traditional rock line up of guitars, drums, bass and keyboards, with the use of violins, xylophones and undulating percussion, as well as multi-part vocals. Their musical style is notable for its contrasting melancholic and uplifting moods, the unusual use of the spoken word, and by surprising mid-song changes in tempo and atmosphere.

The band has toured the UK with Smog, Low, British Sea Power and The Dears. Bill Callahan (born 1966 also known as Smog and (Smog, is an American Singer-songwriter born in Silver Spring Maryland. Low is an American Indie rock group from Duluth Minnesota. My Latest Novel are currently working on their second album to be titled "Deaths and Entrances", recorded in July 08 at Chem 19 studios in Hamitlton. Working Track titles include "Hopelessly Endlessly", "I Declare a Ceasfire", "The Greatest Shakedown" and "Lacklustre".
