Mûkûûrî is a vast sub-location in Runyenjes Division, Embu District, Kenya, with a population of about 7,000 people. Embu District is an administrative district in the Eastern Province of Kenya. The Republic of Kenya is a country in East Africa. It is bordered by Ethiopia to the north Somalia to the northeast Tanzania to the south It lies on the green, rolling hills of Mount Kenya slopes. Mount Kenya is the highest Mountain in Kenya, and the second highest in Africa (after Mount Kilimanjaro) It's home to four public primary schools, including Mûragarî, which is among the oldest schools in Embu and Kîrînyaga districts. Kirinyaga District is an administrative district in the Central Province of Kenya. The area has produced a good number of leaders from the district scaling national and international heights. The locals still revere church and education.
