Personal life
York was born in Burbank, California. Burbank is a city in Los Angeles County California, United States. She has two siblings, Wendy (born 1995) and Thomas (born 1999. ) York lived in Studio City until her family's move to New York City in 1997, where they lived until 2000. Studio City is a four-square-mile district in the San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles, California, United States. The City of New York She currently lives in Sherman Oaks, California. In her spare time, York likes to play video games, read, and perform creative dramatics. She is also a writer who experiments with poetry, plays, screenplays and is currently working on her first book. [1]
Acting career
York appeared in a ThermoScan Ear Thermometer commercial during her early years, but did not act again until her role in the 2003 film, Cheaper by the Dozen, which was a big success at the box office. In 2005, York co-starred in The Pacifier, playing one of a family protected by Vin Diesel's character, and in Cheaper by the Dozen 2; both of the films did well at the box office, raising York's profile among pre-teen audiences.
