Monalisa Baruah Mehta

Monalisa Baruah Mehta (Assamese: মনালিচা বৰুৱা মেহতা, Maiden Name: Monalisa Baruah ) is a renowned table tennis player of Assam. Assam) ( Assamese: অসম Ôxôm) is a northeastern state of India with its capital at Dispur, a suburb of the city She received an Arjuna Award in 1987^[1] and is an important Assamese sports personality. The Arjuna Awards were instituted in 1961 by the government of India to recognize outstanding achievement in National sports

She is married to Kamlesh Mehta, a former national table tennis champion. Table Tennis has been a great provider for Kamlesh Navinchandra Mehta
