Meltdown Festival 1993 - 2008

One of the most anticipated music events of the year Meltdown offers a guest director the chance to curate their own personal festival, revealing their interests and influences through a series of artistic happenings at London's Southbank Centre. During Meltdown they take over all 21 acres of Southbank Centre - including the riverside, Royal Festival Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hall - for nine days of concerts, DJ sets, talks, films, and visual art as diverse as Massive Attack’s many influences and interests.
