Matsieng is a Setswana traditional music trio formed in 2005 in Gaborone Botswana. Tswana ( Setswana) is a Bantu language written in the Latin Alphabet. Gaborone (pronunciation /ˌɡæbəˈroʊni/ estimated population 208411 ( 1 January 2005) is the Capital The Republic of Botswana (Lefatshe la Botswana is a Landlocked nation in Southern Africa. They burst in to the scene with their 2005 festive season album, Semakaleng. Known for their explicit lyrics, the trio has toured Botswana, Malaysia and South Africa. [1]

Their latest album, Setswana Sa Borre, has topped charts locally and enjoys airplay in the neighbouring South Africa, driven by their most explicit song, Tinto[2]. The Republic of South Africa (also known by other official names) is a country located at the southern tip of the continent of Africa Two of the the boys are natives of Gabane and one is from Kanye. Gabane is a village in Kweneng District of Botswana. It is located 15 km (10 mi west of Gabarone, the capital of Botswana
