Biography
Early life
Petty, oldest of three children, was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the daughter of a Pentecostal minister. Pentecostalism is a renewalist religious movement within Christianity that places special emphasis on the direct personal experience of God through the Baptism [1] She graduated from North High School in Sioux City, Iowa in 1981 and worked for several years in Omaha as a graphic designer before pursuing acting. Career
Petty first became famous for playing Keanu Reeves' surfer girlfriend in the 1991 action thriller Point Break. Keanu Charles Reeves (kiːˈɑːnuː born September 2, 1964) is a Canadian Actor.
