It has been announced that Lincoln would cease production of the Mark LT after the 2008 model year. [3]When this happens the Mark LT will be replaced by, already announced, an upper-end trim of the 2009Ford F-150 called Platinum, when the pickup goes to dealerships in the 2008 model year.
