Early life

Lee McKillop was born in about 1968 in Blackburn, and moved to Southport, Lancashire when his parents separated and lived above a pub. Blackburn ( is a large town in Lancashire, England. It lies to the north of the West Pennine Moors on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley Southport is a seaside town on the Irish Sea coast situated within the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, in England, UK. Lancashire is a non-metropolitan county of historic origin in the North West of England, bounded to the west by the Irish Sea [2][1] He went to school in Southport and after leaving worked in a bingo hall and as a stableboy. Southport is a seaside town on the Irish Sea coast situated within the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, in England, UK. Career

Mack first came to prominence on winning So You Think You're Funny at the 1995 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Since the competition began in 1988 So You Think You're Funny has gone on to produce some of Great Britain's and Ireland's finest comedy The Edinburgh Fringe (officially the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, commonly just The Fringe) is the world’s largest Arts festival. Since then Mack has played the part of Graham, the security guard in the original radio version of The Mighty Boosh, and also has his own radio show on BBC Radio 2 called The Lee Mack Show, which features a different celebrity co-hosting the show. The Mighty Boosh, colloquially referred to as The Boosh, is the collective name for the creators of the British television situation comedy written by and starring He was a cast member for ITV's The Sketch Show. [1] His first sitcom Not Going Out for BBC One with Tim Vine premièred on 6 October 2006.
