Bergkrystallen is the end station on Lambertseterbanen, after Munkelia, of the Oslo T-bane system Lambertseterbanen serves neighborhoods in south-eastern Oslo such as Lambertseter, and runs west of Østensjøbanen. Lambertseter, a suburb of the city of Oslo, Norway, and is part of the borough of Nordstrand.

The line is usually operated by Line 4, which runs through the city centre, makes a full run on T-baneringen (changing line number to 6 during the journey), and leaves on Kolsåsbanen in the west. Kolsåsbanen has short platforms which can only accommodate three-car trains, therefore, to increase capacity during the rush hour, Line 1 is extended from Helsfyr to Bergkrystallen during the morning and evening rush.
