Koji Suzuki (鈴木光司 Suzuki Kōji born May 13, 1957) is a Japanese writer, who currently lives in Tokyo. Events 1497 - Pope Alexander VI excommunicates Girolamo Savonarola. A writer is anyone who creates a written work although the word usually designates those who write creatively or professionally as well as those who have written in many different forms officially, is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan and located on the eastern side of the main island Honshū. Suzuki is the author of the Ringu cycle of novels. His first book, Ring (also known as Ringu) has been made into a Japanese film, which was remade into Korean and American movies. Fluent in English, he has written several books on the subject of fatherhood. English is a West Germanic language originating in England and is the First language for most people in the United Kingdom, the United States His hobbies include traveling and riding motorcycles around (hobbies found on the back of The Ring, 2002, Koji Suzuki). He is currently on the selection committee for the Japan Fantasy Novel Award. The is an annual award which began in 1989 and is sponsored by the Yomiuri Shimbun and Shimizu Construction with the backing of publisher Shinchōsha.
