Khalanga is capital of Dailekh District in Bheri Zone, Nepal. Dailekh District, a part of Bheri Zone, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, a Landlocked country of South Asia. Bheri zone (भेरी अञ्चल is one of the fourteen zones of Nepal. Nepal (नेपाल) is a Landlocked country in South Asia. The mountain town was the scene of a conflict between government forces and Maoist rebels. ^[1]
