History

The original version of Key to the Heart was presented in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Hilton under the title REBA: Key to the Heart. The Las Vegas Hilton is a Hotel, Casino, and Convention center in Winchester, Nevada. McEntire played a series of concert dates there in the summer of 2006. When dates for the 2007 tour where announced, the name was carried over. It was originally said that McEntire wouldn't tour until 2008, following the release of her Duets album. Reba Duets is the thirty-first album and twenty-fifth studio album from Reba McEntire and was released on September 18, 2007.

The tour began on April 13, 2007 at Country Thunder USA in Florence, Arizona. Florence ( Italian: Firenze Florentia and Fiorenza) is the Capital City of the Italian region of Tuscany The State of Arizona ( is a state located in the southwestern region of the United States. McEntire also played a show on March 1, 2007 at the Houston Rodeo, her first concert of 2007. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, also called Rodeo Houston is the world's largest livestock exhibition as well as the world's largest Rodeo event

McEntire's Reba co-star Melissa Peterman joined her as the opening act for nine non-consecutvie dates of the tour that began at the Mohegan Sun show on June 22. Reba was an American sitcom starring Country music singer Reba McEntire. Melissa Margaret Peterman (born July 1, 1971) is an American Actress who is best-known from her performance

On July 23, 2007 it was announced that McEntire was the first performer to grace the stage at the new $52 million UCF Arena in Orlando, Florida on the UCF campus. The UCF Arena is a multi-purpose Arena complex on the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando Florida. The show took place on September 8.

McEntire's last official date for the tour ended on October 19 in Las Cruces, New Mexico at the Pan American Center. The Pan American Center is a multi-purpose Arena in Las Cruces New Mexico, located on the campus of New Mexico State University.
